Opening January 2012 THE NEW IDOS Bistro!

We are very happy to announce that we are going to open very soon, most likely the first week of January 2012! We have big plans for the new space, lots of new Items in the menu and also a new logo!!!!
The new IDOS Bistro will offer new dishes and new Baked goods...we are working really hard to offer delicious dishes and yummy new cakes....
We will keep you posted!!!! and soon the date of our Grand opening!!!

WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK ALL OF OUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS , YOU ALL WONDERFUL AND THE BEST CUSTOMERS OF THE WORLD!!ITS BEEN A GREAT AND WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE, WE MOVE ON TO THE NEW LOCATION ON 824 NOYES ST. AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO MAKE IT EVEN BETTER AND MORE EXCITING WITH GREAT PRODUCTS AND GREAT ENTHUSIASM! SO SEE YOU ON THE NEW I DREAM OF SWEETS! WE`LL KEEP YOU POSTED!

MOVING TO A NEW LOCATION AND TO A BRIGHTER FUTURE....

Dear All,
we are moving to a new location.
It will happen by the end of OCTOBER, or before...It depends on the build out etc....
On Dempster we met many many nice people and friends, Its been a long journey, full of nice experiences....and now we feel that we are ready to move to a larger space, larger kitchen so we could do better and greater things.
THE NEW LOCATION WILL BE:
824 NOYES ST.
EVANSTON, IL 60201

HELLO, SOON WE WILL HAVE GREAT NEWS!!!
 We are going to open a new spot in Evanston!!!!Hopefully by Mid-October, beginning of November!!! Its going to be a larger space,bigger kitchen, and we will have a small stage....This will give us the opportunity to do more things, prepare more dishes, more pastries, more everything....We are very excited!!

Hello.....New Blog and NEW CUPCAKES

So spring is here, and we have been very busy....we have introduced a  new speciality cupcake line. We have raspberry-lemon, butterscotch-peppermint, bourbon cream, our spin on german chocolate, and vanilla-ginger. We also have our traditional flavors on hand (vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, and carrot cake)...They look pretty but the most important thing is that they taste GREAT!!!...we are also working on creating some new cakes...Lots of new ideas...We would like to hear from you and We hope this would be a place where we could stay in touch and exchange opinions,ideas and thoughts!
